Shipping policy
All Drones shipped to a UK address will be sent using a next-day tracked courier service on the next available working day.
For overseas shipping, shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.
Tracking details will be provided shortly after placing an order.
Returns Policy
At UAV Exchange, we meticulously inspect, test, and accurately list each drone for sale with comprehensive details. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review the listing description or contact us for specifics regarding the condition of a drone prior to purchase. That being said, we offer a 14-day returns policy, which allows you 14 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return if the item is not as described. To qualify for a return, your drone must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at uavexchange@gmail.com. If you're returning a drone that has been damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. In this scenario, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning a drone due to a discrepancy in the description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
When sending a drone back to us, ensure it is securely packed in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the drone is returned safely and arrives in the condition it was received. Charges may be applied to compensate for any damage that occurs during return transit.
Once we have received and inspected the returned drone, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
